Jackson, and Daniel Craig at a movie junket, directors George Romero and Frank Miller on set, talking space with astronauts Buzz Aldrin, Chris Hadfield and Marc Garneau, or just hanging with rock icon Alice Cooper or the eleventh DOCTOR WHO Matt Smith, INNERSPACE on air reporter NATASHA ELOI has her finger on the pulse of all things genre-related.
Natasha joined SPACE in 2000 where she took on the role of videographer. There Natasha was responsible for investigating, shooting, and reporting on a wide range of topics for the station’s science fact show SPACENEWS.
It wasn’t long before Natasha moved to a permanent spot on the other side of the camera. Moving easily from movie junkets, to genre conventions and beyond, Natasha’s experience and knowledge makes her an audience favourite. Recently, Natasha wore her geek credentials on her sleeve as a member of the winning “Team Nerd” on CBC’s TEST THE NATION: IQ competition.
Born in Hammersmith, England and raised in Toronto, Eloi began her television career during her last semester at Stephen Leacock C.I. in Toronto. She quickly rose up the ranks from intern to become the first female to join Citytv’s Live Eye working as an operator, technical director, and live camera operator for various programs.
When Natasha isn't covering stories for INNERSPACE, she’s attending the latest urban art show openings, shopping for vintage collectibles and catching up on new and old school flicks.
