Introducing our final panelist for InnerSPACE Live: Doctor Who, the aftershow following the Doctor Whoseason finale. Comedian Gavin Stephens will join Kat Angus, Graeme Burk, and J.M. Frey  at 10et for our live panel, hosted by Teddy Wilson. This week, we've been letting our panelists introduce themselves in their own words, discussign their take on Doctor Who. Without further ado, meet Gavin:

Just days ago a the UK Sun released some information that Matt Smith may have been leaving his position as the eleventh doctor that many of us have come to know and love. Well, don't worry folks, we have information from a far more reliable source who says: Nope.

/Kat Angus will be one of the four panel members at the InnerSPACE Live: Doctor Who Finale aftershow this Saturday at 10ET (directly following the season finale of Doctor Who, which begins at ETt). If you haven't seen her before at SPACE events (like the panel of the Battlestar Galactica finale), you might have read her stuff in DOSE.  Here's Kat's take on Doctor Who.

As I hope you all know by now, Saturday night we're airing season finale of Doctor Who at 9et, followed by an LIVE InnerSPACE aftershow, featuring choice panelists. But just who are these mysterious members of our panel? I've asked each of them to compose a blog entry to introduce themselves and discuss their personal take on Doctor Who. Our first blog comes from Who panelist J.M. Frey, whose relationship with The Doctor began with a car accident in Japan and a good friend's DVD collection.

The spoilage is killing me! Here I am, gamely trying not to spoil upcoming episodes of Doctor Who for me or my readers, but it seems that everywhere you look, there's someone unearthing juicy morsels of Doctor Who gossip. Bloggers these days are about as indiscreet as Mel Gibson phone message.

On Saturday, July 24 at 9 p.m. ET, the smash-hit first season of the regenerated Doctor Who is checking out with a bang with the season’s final episode, “The Big Bang.” Immediately following the finale SPACE celebrates the show’s record-breaking run with a special edition of InnerSPACEat 10 p.m. ET. Broadcasting live in front of a studio audience from SPACE headquarters in Toronto, this one-hour special is hosted by Innerspace host and genre expert Teddy Wilson and features an expert panel, never seen before interviews and a live web chat. Additional details to be revealed in upcoming weeks.

My brain is hurting! I love Johnny Depp. I love Doctor Who. But I feel sick at the report (from tor.com)  that Johnny Depp would be cast as the Doctor in a Doctor Who movie, penned by Russell T. Davies and slated for possible release in 2012.

The Brits love their electronica, and few more so, it would seem, than Matt Smith. The actor who plays the lead in the new Doctor Who series was captured on stage at the Glastonbury music festival, playing the Doctor Who theme on synthesizer.
