In "Over There", part 2, the conclusion of the Fringe second-season finale, Olivia and Walter's mission to the other side continues, with the fate of both universes and, of course, Peter, still very much in the air. I love it when alternates come together.  

Tonight on Fringe: "Northwest Passage" A murder investigation that may be linked to Thomas Jerome Newton pairs Peter with a local sheriff (Martha Plimpton); Walter dreads a return to St. Claire's; a visitor arrives from the alternate universe.

Fringe Star Anna Torv has split from her husband Mark Valley after just 16 months of marriage. The actress, who plays agent Olivia Dunham, met Valley when he guest starred on the paranormal thriller series as agent John Scott.

Fringe is getting a musical episode this season and I can't wait. Ever since Joss Whedon did his Buffy episode"Once More With Feeling", I've had a hankering to see my favorite shows go musical. At the end of Fringe Season 2, the episode "Overture" will begin with Walter telling Olivia's neice a bedtime story. Spoilers ahead!!!

We’re all very excited for the FRINGE episode airing tonight at 10pm EST!  It’s Momentum Deferred, the one with loads of Nimoy (aka William Bell and Olivia) scenes.

Also: any serious thoughts on why Rebecca has no hard feelings about Walter’s tests on her?  All we can come up with are the free drugs…

Tonight on Fringe, Walter, Broyles and Astrid scramble for answers when Peter and Olivia become trapped in a Boston office building that's been quarantined by the Centers for Disease Control because of a deadly virus.

It's been a long hiatus from Fringe,but we're finally back with a new episode Tuesday night. The InnerSPACE gang also returns from their own hiatus, and they're gonna follow up with some sweet commentary.

JJ Abrams wants to give his paranormal procedural show Fringe an end date. In an interview with Slice of Sci Fi, Abrams says that clear end dates for shows, like Lost, have helped to reign in flagging storylines and give writers a clear structure and trajectory. 

New casting news for Fringe! They've cast the woman who will play Peter's mother/Walter's estranged wife in the popular paranormal procedural drama. Michael Aussiello (EW) reports that Irish actress Orla Brady will debut on the show in 2010.

If you've seen the most recent episode of Fringe, "August", you'll know that  The Observer figured largely into the episode. And what we have seen in this and other episodes from the past is that The Observer has a knack for showing up at all the crucial fate-deciding moments in history to "observe". He's a hotsauce-loving, time-crunching "Cancer Man" of the series.  What does he know?  What is his agenda? Where has he been before? Where will he show up next?
