Meaghan Rath talks Being Human Season 2

The brand new season is shooting now!

Did you think that  things would be easy for Aidan, Josh and Sally just because it's the beginning of a new season?  Definitely not. The writers of the US Being Human are buckling down straight away and getting our three supernatural friends into some serious trouble.

Aidan may have finally (forcefully, violently even) escaped the clutches of Bishop, but that certainly doesn't mean he can sit back, relax and be the veggie vampire of his dreams - oh no.  As we saw last week, there's a new big bad in town and she goes by the name of Mother.  As if that wasn't bad enough, she has a daughter who she wants to rule Boston (with Aidan's help of course).  This week we're really looking forward to learning a little more about Suren and what kind of a past she has with Aidan!

Sally is still keen to hang out with her new ghost friends, but after last week's incident with the dream door she finds herself constantly looking over her shoulder. It almost seems like this strange shadow could become the biggest bad of the season...  Are we in for a look at the afterlife, or did Sally just imagine it?  Only time will tell.

As for Josh and Nora, we ended on quite the cliffhanger last week.  Josh shot! Nora changing! I don't think we could deal with a season of Being Human without the resident panicky wolf but how on earth will he get out of this one?  In any case, Josh is sure to be horribly wracked with guilt when he finds out what he did to Nora.

"No rest for the wicked" certainly applies here.  Can't these poor monsters catch a break?
