JIM TAGGART
Matt Frewer
Jim Taggart is Eureka 's "biological containment specialist." If it walks, talks, eats, breathes or bleeds, it falls within Taggart's domain. A big brute of an Aussie (or so he claims), Taggart often butts heads with the sheriff and townsfolk who refuse to appreciate the delicate and unique wildlife situation in Eureka . Luckily for Carter, Taggart knows every breed of animal, bird and insect like the back of his hand – and he's got the tools to handle any situation.
