RYGEL XVI Testy, cantankerous and bossy - Rygel XVI is the former ruler of over 600 billion royal subjects. Now, as a prisoner aboard Moya, he still acts as though he is a distinguished and revered ruler. Rygel XVI is untrustworthy, stealing whatever appears of value, and eating everything else, he's an egomaniac with a tendency to fart helium at the most inopportune of moments. Rygel was also the brains behind the operation that plotted to steal Moya, landing them all in this difficult position. Attained Fugitive Status: Ousted by a Royal relative, perhaps for being an arrogant nuisance and overall bad houseguest, Rygel XVI has been a prisoner of the Peacekeepers for over 300 cycles, or roughly 300 years.
