Forza Motorsport 2

Racing Simulation

Loaded with over 300 of the world's hottest cars for you to collect, personalize, and race, Forza Motorsport 2 gives you the complete racing experience.
Review:
Word of warning: Forza Motorsport 2 is a simulation racer. So, if you are into wheel banging mayhem look elsewhere for your speed needs (Need for Speed?).

That being said, Forza 2 is by far the most challenging and entertaining racing simulator on the Xbox 360 for the driving enthusiast. The developers at Turn10 included over 300 stunningly detailed cars that will keep you going back to your garage just to soak up the deliciousness of these speed machines again and again.

Besides the sheer eye candy provided by the cars, the various tracks are highly detailed and the game renders at a full 60 frames per second, creating a real sensation of speed.  The extremely well thought-out career mode allows you to move through the game and hone your skills along the way.  And if you have mad skillz behind the wheel, you'll be rewarded with lots of cars and cash. And cash is what you will need to succeed in Forza 2. With more car customization options that you can shake a torque wrench at, tricking out your whip can be confusing and expensive. The range of tweaking options can be overwhelming to the novice gear head but if you know what the toe angle adjustment does, you're bound to be in heaven.

Forza 2 customization options don't end in the garage. If you are artistically inclined the paint shop will blow your mind. With over 1000 layer options available, you can create virtually any paint job imaginable.  To view some of the stunning art work created by users visit:  http://www.autoblog.com/photos/forza-motorsport-2-user-car-creations

Forza 2 includes Xbox Live online play with online career modes and exhibition modes that allow you to jump online and kick arse quickly. One nice feature is the online auction house that allows you to buy and sell cars aplenty.  And If you're loaded (with real cash that is), or you just have three Xbox 360's lying around, you can setup Forza 2's triple screen option to overcome that pesky one-screen blind spot problem all racing sims suffer from.

Conclusion: Forza 2 is so good I entirely forgot about playing the Halo 3 beta. If you like cars then this game is a must have.
