Occupation
HypaSpace On-air Correspondent, SPACE: The Imagination Station

Biography
Jonathan blames his mother for his sci-fi obsession, which began at a young age. With the permission of his mother, he would skip school to attend Star Trek film premieres. Little has changed since childhood.

In 1998, Jonathan started working for SPACE: The Imagination Station, where he appeared weekly on SpaceBar as Grot, the clueless alien barfly/barkeep. In addition, Jonathan assumed the duties of segment writer in the last year of the series. From the launch of the station in September 2001 to December 2004, Jonathan appeared on Drive-In Classics as the genially pontificating drive-in theatre projectionist, Drive-in Dick. Jonathan is currently an on-air correspondent of SPACE's HypaSpace and HypaSpace Weekly. He also hosts the HypaSPACE Podcasts online and is the co-host of SPACE Top 10 Countdown.

In addition to working at CHUM Television, Jonathan works as a professional actor while running Tempest Theatre, a Shakespearean Theatre Company.
