Pros
You are on TV!!! An Interactive game uses the Eye toy to reach your own personal work out. It features both aerobic and anaerobic exercises, from cardio, combat workout to yoga and stretches. It also tracks your progress through twelve weeks. And scores you on your performance during the workout. Therefore no more video workout fitness video watching on your own without seeing yourself doing the correct postures!  Not only that you can see yourself 'in' the game, the game coaches you to move faster or commands that helps your form. It's sure a fun and interactive game that makes you sweat and kill some calories!
Cons
The camera does not detect well with the light. You have to properly set yourself in a well-lighted area, wearing a workout outfit that has distinct color from yourself and the background. The moves that you have wont necessary match what the game has. You might see yourself in the game, however, I would still recommend to have a fitness professional to guide you the correct posture to minimize sports injury. It might be entertaining at the first bit, it potentially frustrate users in a long run.
