Hey fans, our friends at Hardcorenerdity.com have done us the great service of posting Sunday's Fan Expo panel online, where our distinguished guests discussed whether sci-fi/genre has gone mainstream. For those of us who missed the lively debate, you can watch the clips on their site.

Well, I’ve now fully recovered from the blissful madness that is FAN EXPO. Attendance this year was through the roof.  There were tons of awesome genre-celebs on hand (Leonard Nimoy, Linda Hamilton, Bruce Campbell, Mary McDonnell, Walter Koenig, Thomas Dekker and tons of others we had the pleasure of speaking with).  The floor was flooded with dynamite costumes from every corner of the sci-fi and genre world, and we were overwhelmed by the incredibly warm vibes & comments from viewers at our SPACE booth.
 

Fan Expo 2009 was a delirious whirlwind. On arrival, I was immediately sucked into the flow of human traffic that stopped and started like an unpredictable beast comprised of awesomely costumed enthusiasts and a stream of giddy fellow fans. When I got to our booth, I spent a lot of time perched safely at the laptop, downloading pictures, updating stuff online - It was a safe place to take it all in.
