This week’s episode of LOST, “Dr. Linus” is all about Benjamin Linus. On the Island he is without a friend or ally, facing his imminent death, forced to choose sides. In the flash-sideways, he lives a sad-sack life as perennially underappreciated high school teacher.

LOST - On Island v. Off Island
Pix Princss | 2/19/2010 5:18:00 AM
As part of their ongoing, kooky method of playing with structure, the Lost writers have adopted the flash sideways for the final season. In lieu of travelling forward or backward through time, in each episode we visit some of the veteran characters back on the mainland in their lives that could’ve been had their Oceanic flight not crashed. Or maybe these alterna off island peeps are the same cats that are on the island? I don’t know. Lost hurts my brain.

Maggie Grace Returns to Lost
Pix Princss | 2/18/2010 2:18:55 PM
We’ve seen some long-gone LOST cast return in Season 6 in the Sideways timeline, including Boone, who mentions to his seatmate Locke about being unable to get his sister to leave a bad relationship. Which has had a bunch of us wondering: Will we get to see Shannon in the final season?

Pix Princss | 1/29/2010 2:33:38 PM
If you've been drinking the LOST Kool-Aid over the past few years, you've got to have faith that the writers will tie up the series in a satifsying way. And while I'll sue J.J. for hours of my life back if it turns out "it was all just a dream", I am well aware that he won't be able to wrap up every single narrative thread by the end of this series. (And that's fine. Just be sure to resolve the ones I care about). With this in mind, we asked all the LOST fans we could find which outstanding mysteries they most need the answer to by the series' end.

"Lost" Recapped by Extended Italian Family
Pix Princss | 1/21/2010 10:51:41 AM
Yesterday we announced that LOST Season 6 is going to be airing on SPACE starting February 4. But it's been an often confusing 5 seasons with timelines and codes and a sprawling ensemble cast. And while there a a few mash-ups and Quick Cuts out there using up real footage, my favourites are fan tributes like this one (embedded video after the jump), where Mike Antonucci visits his Long Island home and gets the help of his Italian family to recap the show's 5 complicated seasons.

Pix Princss | 1/11/2010 1:58:31 PM
After an internet storm at the potential SOTU pre-empting the three-hour premiere, The White House seems to have re-thought the scheduling: Press secretary Robert Gibbs says “I don’t foresee a scenario where millions of people hoping to finally get some conclusion in LOST are pre-empted by the president”.
