75 years after the adventures of Kirk and Co. from the USS Enterprise 1701, comes a new generation of space explorers. This time round the Enterprise has a Klingon, a blind man, a female security chief, and an android making up its crew. Once again continuing the positive and diverse vision of the future Gene Roddenberry first let us witness in the original Trek series. Star Trek: The Next Generation was created by Gene Roddenberry.
