Wow, the Wachowski masterminds have outdone themselves with their live-action adaptation of the 1960 anime series Speed Racer. With super-saturated colours and crazy lens flares, the updated Speed Racer has a look to the movie that will be as unforgettable as The Matrix was.

Filmed mostly in front of a green screen, Speed Racer stars Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci and Matthew Fox. The movie hits theatres on May 9th, 2008.
