Looks like the movie
Justice League might find a new home in Canada. Originally set to film in Sydney, Australia, the schedule was derailed due to the writer's strike. It now looks a dispute over an Australian tax incentive could send the production to Hollywood North.
George Miller - himself Australian - says that some Warner Bros. is expecting a 40-per cent tax break on the film. Some Australian officials, however, want the rebate capped for films with budgets larger than $30 million. The Justice League has a current budget of $200 million.
Miller recently made Happy Feet in Australia, and says he would like to keep working with much of the same crew for Justice League. Failing that, however, Miller says the production will probably move to Canada.
