For all you Kung fu flick fans, Jackie Chan and Jet Li are starring in Forbidden Kingdom, in theatres April 18th.

Ok, so if you are a fan, then you probably knew about this already and have probably seen the trailer.

I am super-stoked about the pairing of this duo. The final poster on AICN looks pretty cool - grafting Jet and Jackie into some kind of Wushu centaur.

The premise of the story is that an American teenager, obsessed with Kung fu classics, discovers the legendary stick weapon of the Chinese sage and warrior, the Monkey King, and is transported back to ancient China. Once there, he joins a crew of legendary warriors on a dangerous quest to free the imprisoned Monkey King.

It's got the flying cherry blossoms, epic fight montages and wacky wigs of classic Kung fu's and the nudge-wink-iness of Chan's American projects like Shanghai Noon. And for those of you allergic to subtitles, - it's in English.
