Getting There.
My day began at 5:30am when I was whisked off to the Toronto Airport.
I got through customs without a hitch, and was joined by the rest of the SPACE team.
Right now, I am crouched on the floor of the Denver Airport, writing this.
Our flight has been delayed by over an hour, so I have spent the time getting to know Our New Host. He's just as excited about his first trip to Comicon as I was (way back in 1987!), and he's got some great ideas about how he wants to interact with the guests.
Natasha Eloi is the second host on this trip, and she is a Comicon veteran now, and she is doing what I've learned to do- resting up, conserving energy, and doing some research.
I spent the first leg of the flight sleeping, and then confirming what I'm doing in the next 24 hours. I find if I look too far ahead, the convention seems too overwhelming.
They are calling my flight. Gotta go.
