NASA publishes spectacular images of a recent mission

Photos from NASA and a Russian source show a closer look at the science and maintenance work in orbit. They are a fascinating look at spacewalks and Earth, such in as the photo above.

Since 1961, more than 400 humans have ventured into space. Now aboard the International Space Station, astronauts are working to improve and extend life beyond our home planet.
